We will beat any cleaning quote but you will have to be honest with us, You need to tell us about extra rooms like conservatories, utility areas, extra dining rooms, porchways, etc as these will affect not only how much we charge but making sure we send enough staff and equipment to your property. Failure to inform us about extras will be added to the bill on the day. You have the right to cancel up to 24 hours before the booking but on the day a charge of £10 per staff member is chargeable to cover us calling our staff in for a job that would no longer be booked. All payments must be made on the day of the cleaning but can be paid after the cleaning has finished. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer and can provide a certificate and receipt to show to the letting agent or landlord. If you are unhappy with the service provided then the staff will stay until you are satisfied and you can request a supervisor attend to reassess. Our staff takes before and after images of every item and room in the property mainly for social media but on occasion dispute resolution. We do not offer discounts or refunds under any circumstances which is why we offer the service again until you are happy. If our staff have to pay for parking then it will be added to the final bill and also if the staff have to travel more than 3 miles to collect keys then a small fee will be added to cover fuel costs.
